Yes, Ford Mobile Service technicians are Ford factory-trained and certified.
We offer Mobile repairs to customers who have recalls that meet the criteria of a mobile repair via Ford Standards. Additionally, we offer easy repairs and delivery for items like floor mats, windshield wipers, cabin air filters, and paint pens. Because we are using a Ford Escape and not Ford Transit we do not offer the following services:
Oil changes
New York State Inspections
Tire Rotations
Fluid exchanges or flushes
Brake Diagnostics- or any diagnostics
The reasoning is that the vehicle we have is not big enough, and additionally a lot of those repairs require a lift!
The customer will have to call to schedule their vehicle in for a Mobile repair, they cannot schedule the service online. We run the mobile repairs on Tuesdays and Thursdays and we are able to go anywhere! We do try to keep certain areas to specific days for example: This list expands further!
