Health and Safety

At the Romeo Auto Group, we want to assure you that the safety of our customers and employees is always our top priority. With the rapidly evolving nature of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and it's impacts on our employees, customers, and their families, we want to reassure that we are actively monitoring the Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and their recommendations for dealing with COVID-19. We are in compliance with the government mandates and are doing our best to keep our doors open for our customers and to help our employees continue to support their families.

Our team is working to help lessen the impact of this virus by eliminating handshakes, disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces including those in our customers vehicles when they bring them in for service, wearing gloves, providing new pens for use by customers, suspending food sharing and having a posted hand washing policy.

We understand that our customers still need their vehicles to travel and most of our employees rely on their weekly paychecks, so we will remain open unless we are required to close. While it may be difficult to see beyond our current situation, we are optimistically scheduling current and future appointments for our sales and service customers, based upon their individual comfort levels. If our customers are more comfortable conducting business utilizing social distancing, we will do our best to accommodate your requests by handling vehicle transactions via internet, text and phone and arranging deliveries to your home with no pressure.

In times like these when we need to work together to support each other, the Romeo Auto Group is committed to helping our community maintain and purchase their vehicles so that people can focus on keeping themselves and their families healthy. We appreciate your continued patronage as we continue to work with our customers and employees, and wish you and your families good health.

Social Distancing

At Romeo Auto Group, it is our goal to maintain the health and safety of our employees and customers by taking necessary precautions. With that being said, we ask that our employees and customers take the following actions:

  • Wash hands frequently.
  • Maintain 6 feet of distance between people whenever possible.
  • When unable to maintain 6 feet of distance, employees must wear a face covering over noses and mouths. Customers are advised to do the same. Upon request, we will supply disposable masks for customers, while our supplies last.
  • Use a new disposable pen to sign repair orders and contracts.
  • For the safety and health of our employees and customers, we ask that you observe these policies and social distancing rules.
  • Thank you for your understanding during this uncertain time.
